Volunteer Policy
We can't do it without you!
Our team could not function without the volunteer efforts of our families! Swim meets require many people (70+ volunteer spots for home meets and 50+ spots for away meets). The Ragin' Rays go well beyond those who are in the water - TEAMWORK!
Volunteer Requirements
To equally distribute the jobs, we have developed the following policy based on the number of swimmers per family. (If you have an outstanding situation or your children won't be swimming in any meets, please email [email protected]. We will find opportunities for you to help in ways that aren't specifically during meets.)
Each Family will be expected to complete the number of shifts below:

Pick Your Spot
As a part of registration, you will need to select your volunteer shifts. We hope that this process will be convenient for parents and easier to manage since you should select jobs that work for your schedule. Please note that some jobs only count as half of a shift. If you are brand new to swimming and have to select something you are unsure of, please reach out to [email protected] and we will work with you to make sure your jobs are a good fit.
More helpful information will come out early in the season to keep this summertime fun running smoothly.
