Martha Wright grew up as a Ragin' Ray and developed a love for swimming and this community. She founded the Risin' Rays program in 2010 for the youngest athletes and the Agin' Rays Masters program in 2012 for the oldest. She is a year round competitive coach at Dynamo Swim Club, bringing new members into the world of USA swimming and coaching several of the top age group swimmers in Georgia. Her goals in life include collecting as many smiles and hugs from as many athletes as she can.
Cordarro was born at Dynamo Swim Club in 2007 but he's probably much older. He was adopted by Echo Ridge in 2011 and has fallen in love with the club with no signs of leaving. When away from Echo he runs a lessons program at Dynamo. Something in which he has done for 18 years. He is loved, adored, and mistaken for Carlton Banks by many. With a flag in one hand and rally mask on, he's ready to help Coach Martha lead the Ragin' Rays to VICTORY for another season.
Zac Hilimire has been a member of the Ragin' Rays for the past fourteen years. Currently, he is finishing up his sophomore year at NYU. Prior to college he attended Paideia where he ran cross country and track and previously was a member of the Lakeside Varsity Swim Team. Zac's prior swimming experience contains several years at both Dynamo Swim Club and the Northeast Athletic Club. He is very much looking forward to his fifth season as a coach!
Lesson Fees: $30 a half hour
Annie Wahlen swam at Echo for 14 years and has been coaching for four years. She attends the University of Tennessee, majoring in Special Education. She graduated from Chamblee High School in 2022, where she swam on the varsity swim team for 4 years, serving as team captain her senior year. She also swam at Dynamo Swim Club for 6 years and was an instructor at Dynamo Swim School. Outside of the pool, Annie enjoys embroidery, playing Sudoku, crafting, and spending time with her friends. She is beyond excited for this season!

Saleem Cassoobhoy is a graduating from The Paideia School and will be attending Emory at Oxford College in the fall. He has been swimming for the Ragin’ Rays since he was 6 years old and was a coach for the past two years. He swims competitively for the Dynamo swim club team and is the varsity swim captain at Paideia School. This summer, Saleem is excited to spend lots of time having fun at the pool.

Kate Winter started her swim career in 2012 with the Rising Rays program. She developed a love for swimming and the Echo community. Kate is a rising senior at Lakeside High School where she swims on the Varsity swim team. Kate currently works as an instructor at Dynamo Swim School. Outside of the pool Kate participates in the LHS Cheerleading Team, enjoys music and spending time with her friends. Kate is excited to serve her third year as an Echo Jr. Coach. Born in 2014, Reggie The Ray has been supporting and cheering on our Rising Rays and Ragin Rays team at every meet. His hobbies include the macarena, high-fiving athletes, and waving to his adoring fans.
